Delivery times

Orders are dispatched on business days after payment is confirmed. Standard shipping to Australian addresses usually takes 5–10 business days to arrive. Delivery to regional and remote areas may take a little longer. During peak periods and public holidays, timeframes can extend slightly.

Shipping costs

• Free shipping on orders of $100 or more.
• A flat shipping rate applies to orders under $100 — the exact amount is shown at checkout before you pay.

Discreet, private packaging

We understand privacy matters. Every parcel is sent in plain, unbranded packaging. There is nothing on the outside that identifies the contents, the product, or our store. Billing descriptors are kept generic where possible.

Order tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation with tracking details. You can also check your order status any time on our Track Order page using your order number and email.

Failed or delayed deliveries

If your tracking hasn’t updated for several days, or your parcel is marked delivered but hasn’t arrived, please contact us with your order number. We’ll investigate with the courier and sort it out as quickly as we can.

Incorrect address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can’t be responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address supplied by the customer, but if you spot a mistake straight away, message us immediately and we’ll do our best to update it before dispatch.
