Where do I find my order number?
Your order number is in your order confirmation email, sent right after you checked out. It’s also shown on your account under My Orders if you created an account.
My tracking hasn’t updated
Tracking can take a day or two to show movement after dispatch, and may not update daily while in transit. If it hasn’t changed for several days, please contact us with your order number and we’ll chase it up with the courier.
How long does delivery take?
