1. Acceptance of these terms

2. Eligibility & age requirement

3. Products & availability

We do our best to describe and display our products accurately, but colours, packaging and specifications may vary slightly. All products are subject to availability, and we may limit quantities or discontinue any item without notice.

4. Pricing & payment

• All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, even after an order has been submitted. If we correct a price, we will contact you before proceeding.
• Payment must be completed at checkout through our approved payment methods. Orders are only confirmed once payment is received.

5. Orders & acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order at our discretion — for example, where a product is unavailable, where we suspect fraud, or where age or identity cannot be verified. If we cannot fulfil an order after payment, we will issue a full refund.

Delivery times, costs and packaging are described on our Shipping & Delivery page. Estimated delivery times are guides only and are not guaranteed. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

7. Returns & refunds

Your rights to returns and refunds are set out on our Returns & Refunds page and are in addition to any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. For health and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns of opened or used products unless they are faulty.

You agree not to use the site unlawfully, to resell our products without authorisation, to attempt to interfere with the site’s security, or to submit false information. We may suspend or terminate access where these terms are breached.

All content on this website — including logos, text, graphics, images and layout — is owned by or licensed to Cloud Collective and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce or reuse it without our written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cloud Collective is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or our products. Nothing in these terms excludes any rights or guarantees you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
